果树专家 房经贵

     房经贵,男,教授,博士生导师。江苏省果树品种改良与苗木繁育工程中心主任,教育部新世纪优秀人才,江苏省“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人培养对象,南京农业大学“133重点人才工程”优秀中青年学术带头人培养对象。先后在以色列与美国从事植物分子遗传领域的博士后研究近7年。目前主要从事葡萄分子生物学与遗传育种以及葡萄优质高效生产技术推广方面的研究。已培养与指导博士后、博士及硕士研究生近40名,其中国际留学生4名;在国内外核心期刊上发表论文200余篇,其中SCI论文近80篇。指导江苏省优秀博士论文、江苏省优秀硕士论文各1篇。

近年来主持或参加了国家级与省部级以及校地合作科研项目30余项,荣获省部级等科研奖励5项。

主要学术成果如下:

1)开发了基于DNA标记的MCID品种鉴定新方法;

2)发明了鉴定生物信息学预测到microRNA精确序列的miR-RACE的新技术;

3)开发了鉴定生物信息学预测到microRNA的靶基因的PPM-RACE的新方法;

4) 发明专利授权3项, 申请专利受理4项,制定地方标准1项;

5)研发了两种葡萄新型简易避雨大棚栽培技术;

6)选育了梅新品种4个、葡萄新品种1个(合作培育)及葡萄优株多个。

科研成果奖励如下:

1)主要果树种质资源的评价与利用, 教育部科技进步二等奖, 获奖时间2001年12月, 第3完成人;

2)主要落叶果树种质库建立与创新利用, 江苏省科技进步二等奖, 获奖时间2002年12月, 第6完成人;

4)新优梅花品种的选育、国际登录及推广应用,南京市科学技术进步三等奖, 获奖时间2011年1月,第4完成人;
